With so much conflicting information out there! It’s enough to make you think, "Where do I even start?" or "Why even bother starting?”

I am Megs Mac, and I have worked in the health space for the better side of a decade. I have a background in clinical and hospital based nutrition, but my passion is in helping others live out their dream lives, through teaching nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Over the years, I have found a mismatch between traditional health care and my clinician values. I saw clients become increasingly confused by mixed messages and handballed from health professional to health professional, when they became "tricky" or "complex". Clients were encouraged to try quick fixes; setting the client up to fail, resulting in weight regain and deterioration in mental health.

Lifestyle changes and weight management are complex and challenging. They need dedicated time and attention to work through their situation.

BUT… You don't need to struggle and feel overwhelmed anymore! I am here to support you, to give you the knowledge and practical skills you need to get back on that health journey. From free healthy recipes, meal plans and product reviews, to my top tips for a healthier and happier life.
