Berry Smoothie Bowl
My secret to a quick, easy, healthy and filling start to the day!
Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup milk (cows/oat/soy/almond)
4 ice blocks
5 mint leaves
Toppings
1 tsp chia seeds
Sprinkle of oats
Drizzle of honey
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth, pour into a bowl, then add your toppings!
