Chocolate Slice

The quickest, easiest, a little bit healthier, nearly brownie! Dense and decadent, this slice is great for an afternoon snack or after dinner treat.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten free self raising flour
1 cup gluten free plain flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp Water
1/2 cup maple syrup

Method

Mix together all dry ingredients. Then add all wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 20cm cake tin to bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
