Chocolate Slice
Ingredients
2 cups rice puffs
1 cup chopped nuts of choice
3/4 cup quinoa puffs
3/4 cup moist coconut flakes
1/2 cup medjool dates +/- handful mini marshmallows
1 cup dark chocolate
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Freeze dried raspberry to serve
Method
Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with baking paper, allowing the long sides to overhang.
Combine the nuts, rice puffs, quinoa puffs and corn flake in a large bowl. Add the finely chopped dates and mix well.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan.
Pour melted chocolate mix into the date, nuts, rice puffs, quinoa puffs and corn flake mix, stir until well combined.
Tip contents into the baking pan and use the back of a metal spoon to press mixture into the pan. Even out. Freeze for 20-30 mins.
Remove from freezer, slice and serve!
